I read a book about 40 years ago called "Christ the Con Man", which was interesting. The ability to influence people to believe in what you want to do is a powerful tool in culture. The lack of skepticism in a general population allows a greater result by influencing minds than actually doing something like work. BTW the scaling of the title picture on your site seems changed by some default width?(CSS)? I could be wrong, it could be my video configuration. It is dangerous to make fun of an icon that people have accepted for psychological reasons. Perhaps it might be a test of the validity of something if it is subject to ridicule and invokes no visceral negative response. All your logic is illogical.
